I am a true consultant – I do not sell phone services, systems or other technology solutions.  The simplest description is to think of me as a temporary telecom manager.  I come in, fix things up, then turn it back over to you in a neat package that’s easy for you to manage going forward.

I spent the first 20 years of my career managing finance, telecom and IT for companies such as Cellular One, AT&T and Coldwell Banker.  So I understand my clients needs and challenges, because I used to do what they do – as both a technology and financial manager.

In 2008 I started VDL Consulting to bring this unique blend of experience to a practice that provides unquestioned value to it’s clients.  By offering my services on a contingency basis, my goal is perfectly aligned with my clients. This effectively guarantees a positive ROI and shows how confident I am in what I do.

My focus is to work in the clients best interest by:

1)  Minimizing effort required of client on the project.

2)  Minimizing changes to and disruption of infrastructure, e.g., retain existing carrier whenever possible.
