Wireless / Cellular Optimization
Managing costs for Wireless services is tough. The bills are not like wireline services, which generally don’t change from month to month. There are so many moving parts to a wireless bill. Every wireless device has multiple usage-based services (voice, data, text, etc) to monitor – with the charges for each being calculated separately. If you have more than a few devices it’s virtually impossible to manage and minimize costs every month without a tool of some kind. And I do mean EVERY month, because it is a moving target that changes every month.
There are some very good Cellular Optimization software tools and services out there that are very effective at reducing costs. But until recently, they have all been reactive in that they analyze results from the prior month in order to prescribe service changes for the current month.
