Savings Areas
Billing Rate Errors • Charges in excess of your contracted rates are eligible for refunds going back 2 years.
Billing Service Errors • You may be paying for lines you don’t even have. If so you are eligible for refunds going back a year or more.
Surplus Services • Unused and excess lines can be disconnected to reduce your bill.
Current Pricing • Ensure you are paying going rates. Renegotiating with your existing carriers (or switching carriers if necessary) often provides significant savings.
Process
Basically, I do all the work. I manage the project and put in place the changes you approve.
Your role is information provider and authorizer (which involves a kick-off meeting to provide relevant details about your infrastructure and business, provide copies of bills and other pertinant documents, sign the occaisional LOA, meet with vendors if/when needed, approve service/system changes).
I facilitate any orders and plan/execute changes. At completion I hand over the Service Database I create for you and show your staff how to use it to manage costs going forward. I remain available to you after the project for ongoing advice re. your telecom and technology infrastructure.

Deliverables
During the Project
• Periodic project status reports.
• Cost savings options for your consideration/approval (e.g., a proposal resulting from contract re-negotiations with your carrier).
• General management and configuration recommendations (e.g., improvements to voicemail security).
At Completion
• Savings Report documenting all savings realized.
• Services Database – detailed inventory of your services (individual lines, features, costs, contract dates, etc.).
• Instruction for using your Services Database for ongoing cost management.
• Network Diagram.
Requirements
Location
• Work is performed off-site or on-site depending on security or other requirements. In either case the work is unobtrusive and requires little effort from your staff.
Info Required
• Current phone bills.
• Telecom carrier contracts.
• Phone lists and any other records you may have.
• I pull and copy files if preferred.

Fees
Choose between Hourly Fee or Contingency basis:
Hourly Fee
• Work is billed on an hourly basis.
• Rates vary according to the type and quantity of telecom services you have. Estimates available upon request.
Contingency
• The only fees are a share of the savings identified. I follow the TEM industry standard rate of 50% of savings realized over 24 months.
• No upfront costs or other fees.
• Guaranteed ROI – If I don’t find any savings there are no fees.
